Mark acts as a Non Executive Director on the Boards of small and large, national and international, private and public companies. Mark acts as a Consultant where it suits the company not to have further members of the Board.

Mark currently chairs Halsall International, the UK's largest privately owned toy company, based in the UK and Hong Kong with revenues approaching $100m annually and Hurst Accountants, Manchester, a leading member of the International Group of Accountants (IGAF).

Mark is also Chairman of Pagoda Furniture which sells outdoor garden furniture to retailers acorss the UK.

Mark also chairs Tactical Solutions UK Limited which has just been sold to St Ives plc for £29m consideration.

Pagoda Furniture today reported record traffic for its website for the month of June 2009.

Its revised website was launched in April 2009 and traffic has been growing steadily with over 70,000 pages views in 3 months.
